Hi, I’m Gregory Anderson.

I help people buy, sell, and invest in homes across the South Shore and Greater Boston. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling the place where you raised your family, or growing a rental portfolio, my job is the same: take a stressful process and make it feel clear and calm.

I believe in being your Realtor for Life. That means I’m not here for one quick deal. I’m here for the next one, and the one after that — and to be the person you call when a friend or family member needs an agent too. Most of my business comes from clients who come back. I work hard to earn that kind of trust.

I also bring more than a license to the table. I earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance, so I understand the money side of every deal — loans, taxes, and what a property is truly worth. I’m an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), which means I’m trained specifically to protect buyers and put your interests first. As a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), I’m certified to fight for the best terms — not just an accepted offer.

Here’s what really sets me apart: I’m an investor myself. As the broker-owner of ACB Realty, I own and manage rental property, so I’ve sat on both sides of the table. I know what makes a home a smart buy and what makes it a money pit. When I walk a property with you, I see what you see — and I also catch what you might miss.
